Award-winning Neapolitan pizza in the heart of Huntington Beach. Made with only the finest 00 flour and freshest ingredients, our pizzas are baked to perfection in a 900F wood-fired oven. Once the pizzas are fully cooked they feature a soft and light crust that’s easy to digest and delicious to enjoy.
Wood-Fired Oven
At Nardò, we bake all our pizzas in our custom Stefano Ferrari oven. This imported wood-fired oven is custom made in Napoli, Italy and was shipped directly to our restaurant. By using this special wood-fired oven, our pizzaiolos are given greater control when baking the pizza, resulting in a fresher taste and more even cook.

We take great pride in using only the highest quality ingredients for our pizza. Whether we use locally sourced produce or imported ingredients directly from Italy, we ensure that our tomato sauce, toppings, and flour are all perfectly chosen for you to enjoy.
Our Pizzaiolo
Antonio Greco began his career over 10 years ago by working in some of the most famous pizzerias in Naples. A certified pizzamaker by Verace Pizza Napoletana, Antonio has been internationally recognized for delivering pizza to Pope Francis in 2015 and taking part in multiple 50TopPizza awards with Doppio Zero.
